Abstract

Material de moldeo o revestimiento, consistente en una dispersión de aglomerante, que incluye al menos una resina hidrófoba, un producto previo de resina y/o una cera, y al menos un aglomerante adicional endurecedor orgánico y/o hidráulico, un material de carga y, eventualmente, aditivos habituales, caracterizado porque el material de carga contenido tiene por lo menos una distribución del tamaño de partículas bimodal, poseyendo el intervalo de tamaño de partícula (A) un diámetro medio de partícula de al menos 5 im, y poseyendo el otro intervalo del tamaño de partícula (B) un diámetro de partícula medio de cómo máximo 3 im, y la relación en peso de las partículas del primer intervalo del tamaño de partícula (A) a las partículas del último intervalo del tamaño de partículas (B) se encuentra en 0, 01:1 hasta 12: 1, y los componentes de la dispersión se escogen, en lo referente a sus propiedades hidrófilas de forma que el ángulo estático de contacto inicial después de 3 min de equilibrio sea mayor que 130º.
