Abstract
Recinto de estanqueidad al gas y al vacio destinado para ser utilizado en un dispositivo de calentamiento por inducción electromagnética de un producto que pasa por el interior del indicado recinto, caracterizado porque comprende una camisa (1) formada por un material eléctricamente aislante y estanco al gas y al vacio, estando protegidas las superficies internas de dicha camisa por una pantalla térmica (2) compuesta por una matriz de adoquinados (5) de material termicamente aislante y por una pluralidad de tubos (4) refrigerados por circulación de un fluido, estando estos últimos aprisionados en la indicada matriz de adoquinados.
Claims (7)
1. Recinto de estanqueidad al gas y al vacío
destinado para ser utilizado en un dispositivo de calentamiento por
inducción electromagnética de un producto que pasa por el interior
del indicado recinto, caracterizado porque comprende una
camisa (1) formada por un material eléctricamente aislante y estanco
al gas y al vacío, estando protegidas las superficies internas de
dicha camisa por una pantalla térmica (2) compuesta por una matriz
de adoquinados (5) de material térmicamente aislante y por una
pluralidad de tubos (4) refrigerados por circulación de un fluido,
estando estos últimos aprisionados en la indicada matriz de
adoquinados.
2. Recinto según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque la indicada camisa (1) está realizada
por enrollamiento de filamentos de resina epoxi o similar.
3. Recinto según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque la indicada camisa (1) está hecha de
material cerámico o de vidrio.
4. Recinto según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque los indicados
tubos (4) están uniformemente repartidos por todas las superficies
internas de dicho forro.
5. Recinto según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los
indicados tubos (4) forman una pluralidad de alfileres,
particularmente de acero inoxidable de poco espesor.
6. Recinto según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque los indicados
tubos (4) están hechos de un material eléctricamente aislante, por
consiguiente transparente al flujo magnético, particularmente de
vidrio, vidrio-epoxi.
7. Recinto según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque una placa
(7) de estatrificado de vidrio está dispuesta entre la indicada
camisa (1) y los mencionados tubos (4) y adoquinados (5) con el fin
de facilitar la colocación y por consiguiente la fijación de estos
últimos sobre la indicada camisa.
