Outside the second filter 4 and around a third filter is provided consisting of a filter vessel 6, defined in claim 1 as a second narrow filter mesh, equipped with some passageways for the flow of water that they are even smaller than those of the second filter 4 in order to carry out a third filtering operation of the wash water. The filter vessel 6 is disposed inside a Tray 7 suitable for collecting filtered wash water. The filters 2, 4, 6 allow to carry out a stepped filtering operation of the wash water, which passes from a coarse type filtrate made by cube 2, to a finer filtering performed by the filter vessel 6.

At the bottom of the filter vessel 6 a device 8 is provided for cleaning filters 4 and 6, which can be seen more clearly in Figure 2. Said device 8 comprises a round ring 9 provided with a plurality of nozzles 10 arranged symmetrically by the circumference, and a central nozzle 11 coupled to the ring 9 by means of an appendix 12. At the bottom, said device 8 is coupled to a tube 13 where the clean water flows at a pressure determined to allow the exit of a water jet of size determined from the central nozzle 11 to clean the filter cylindrical 4 through hole 5, and from the nozzles 10 to clean the filter vessel 6.

The hole 5 of the intermediate filter 4 has a diameter smaller than the inside diameter of round ring 9 of the device 8; that way, during the cleaning of the filters the dirty water can fall directly on the bottom of the tray 7 in order to be unloaded out to then using a suitable discharge pump, no represented in the figures.

Claims (3)

Dishwasher filter unit comprising a first wide mesh filter (2) disposed at the bottom of a washing tank (3) of said dishwasher in order to collect and filter the washing water contained in said tank ( 3), a second narrow mesh filter (6) arranged around the first filter (2) in order to carry out an additional filtering operation of said washing water, a tray (7) intended to collect the washing water filtered, said third filter (2) and said second filter (6) being arranged a third intermediate mesh filter (4) in order to carry out another filtering operation of the wash water before it reaches said second filter (6), characterized in that it comprises a device (8) intended to clean, with clean water, the second (6) and third (4) filters, which is arranged in the lower part of the second filter (6). Unit according to claim 1, characterized in that said device (8) comprises a plurality of circumferential nozzles (10) for the exit of water jets suitable for cleaning the second filter (6) and a central nozzle (11) for Outflow of water jets suitable for cleaning the third filter (4).
