Abstract
Procedimiento de extracción fraccionada continua de ls constituyentes de los vegetales caracterizado porque consiste en someter continuamente los vegetales a una sucesión de tratamientos con o sin presión, con soluciones reactivas de ph diferentes y aplicadas sucesivamente a los vegetales, recogiendo al mismo tiempo a medida cada solución para recuperar los constituyentes que han extraido de los vegetales, después de lo cual solo queda la celulosa.
