Abstract
Dispositivo de molde automático, especialmente para conformación de recipientes a partir de una película de material termoplástico, caracterizado esencialmente porque consta de un bastidor 1 que comprende en uno de sus extremos un soporte 2, en el que gira libre un carrete o bobina 3 de alimentación de la película termoplástica 4, cuya película pasa a través de unos rodillos 5, 6 y 7 de guía y tensado de la misma, que proporcionan su entrada entre los brazos longitudinales 8 y 9 de un mecanismo de arrastre horizontal e intermitente, a través del cual la película 4 pasa, primeramente, entre sendas placas calefactoras 10 y 11, superior e inferior, y posteriormente entre ambas partes 12 y 13, superior e inferior, del molde de conformación, saliendo finalmente, de entre dichos brazos 8 y 9 del mecanismo de arrastre el sobrante de la película termoplástica 4, para arrollarse en un rodillo 14 del extremo opuesto del bastidor (1).
