LAMINA DE PLASTICO FORMADA POR UNA MEZCLA DE LDPE Y LLDPE, QUE SE OBTIENE PREFERIBLEMENTE MEDIANTE UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE SOPLADO, TENIENDO EL LPDE UNA DENSIDAD DE 0,918 HASTA 0,924 G/CM 3 Y UN INDICE DE FUSION DE 0,6 HASTA 1,2, TENDIENDO EL LLPDE UNA DENSIDAD MEDIA QUE ES MAYOR QUE 0,935 G/CM 3 .

Description

Lámina de plástico.
La invención se refiere a una lámina de plástico consistente en una mezcla de LDPE y LLDPE producida mediante el procedimiento de soplado.
El documento US 4,367,841 da a conocer una lámina formada por una mezcla de un 10-40% en peso de LLDPE con una densidad inferior a 0,940 g/cm^{3} y un 60-90% en peso de LDPE con una densidad inferior a 0,930 g/cm^{3}, que presenta un espesor de 4,5 \mum o menos y que se utiliza para la fabricación de
bolsas.
Las láminas de este tipo se utilizan principalmente como láminas traseras para pañales y compresas higiénicas.
Para obtener las propiedades necesarias para ello había que fabricar una lámina con un espesor de aproximadamente 25 \mum.
La invención tiene por objetivo producir una lámina con propiedades comparables que se pueda fabricar de forma más económica.
Este objetivo se resuelve según la invención utilizando un LDPE con una densidad de 0,918 a 0,924 g/cm^{3} y un índice de fusión de 0,6 a 1,2, mientras que el LLDPE tiene una densidad media superior a 0,935 g/cm^{3}, presentando la lámina terminada un espesor de 12 a 15 \mum y una proporción de mezcla entre el LDPE y el LLDPE de 50:50 a 70:30% en peso.
De este modo, el espesor de la lámina se puede reducir considerablemente conservando al mismo tiempo sus propiedades importantes como resistencia, estabilidad térmica o suavidad de funcionamiento
en la máquina.
De acuerdo con un perfeccionamiento ventajoso de la invención se ha comprobado que resulta muy favorable utilizar un LLDPE C6 o C8.
También resulta muy ventajoso que el LLDPE presente un índice de fusión de 0,8 a 1,8.
Un perfeccionamiento también muy ventajoso de la invención consiste en que la superficie de la lámina está provista de una micro-estampación.
De este modo se genera una superficie mate de la lámina.
Como material para la parte trasera de compresas higiénicas y pañales se utilizan láminas de plástico de LDPE y LLDPE. En el objeto de la presente invención, el LDPE utilizado tiene una densidad de 0,918 a 0,924 g/cm^{3} y un índice de fusión de 0,6 a 1,2; el LLDPE presenta en cambio una densidad media superior a 0,935 g/cm^{3}. El LDPE y el LLDPE se encuentran en una proporción de mezcla de 50:50 a 70:30% en peso. De este modo, el espesor de la lámina, que hasta ahora era de 25 \mum, se puede reducir a 15 \mum sin sufrir ninguna limitación esencial de las propiedades.
Únicamente se reduce un poco la resistencia a la perforación, lo que no tiene ninguna importancia en el fin de aplicación previsto.
La lámina se produce mediante el procedimiento de soplado, con lo que se logra una fabricación muy eficaz.
En consecuencia, de este modo se logra un ahorro de material de un 40% con respecto al espesor de lámina necesario hasta ahora.

Claims (4)

1. Lámina de plástico consistente en una mezcla de LDPE y LLDPE producida mediante el procedimiento de soplado, caracterizada porque el LDPE utilizado presenta una densidad de 0,918 a 0,924 g/cm^{3} y un índice de fusión de 0,6 a 1,2, mientras que el LLDPE tiene una densidad media superior a 0,935 g/cm^{3}, presentando la lámina terminada un espesor de 12 a 15 \mum y una proporción de mezcla entre el LDPE y el LLDPE de 50:50 a 70:30% en peso.
2. Lámina de plástico según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque se utiliza un LLDPE C6 o C8.
3. Lámina de plástico según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque el LLDPE presenta un índice de fusión de 0,8 a 1,8.
4. Lámina de plástico según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque la superficie de la lámina está provista de una micro-estampación.
