in which said rope element is stretched between distant ends of said fixing arms (57) a a distance of said skewers adequate to contain an excrement of pet; Y

wherein a part removed from said sheet (5) it can be pierced once on its sides by said skewers (51), stretched from said skewers to said rope element, folded around said rope element, stretched back towards said skewers and pierced again by said skewers to forming a two layer extension of said sheet (5) stretched between said skewers and said rope element, and in which said arms of fixing provide for a close contact of said rope element with said surface while said tool (1) is held and moved by the user's hand.

26. Tool (1) according to claim 25, wherein said support element comprises a rigid belt (59) which bends around said tubular body to engage tightly to said tubular body in a coupling fitted by friction, and in which said fixing arms are firmly subject to said belt.

Tool (1) according to claim 25, wherein said open end of said tubular body comprises a cover (63) having a threaded sleeve (65), adapted for its screwing in a threaded, coincident end portion of said tubular body, said cover further comprises an extension (69) centrally open through which said sheet can be passed (5) in a contracted manner, said extension being externally threaded and adapted for partial or total closure by a compatible cap element, internally threaded.

28. Tool (1) according to claim 25, wherein said skewers comprise a pair of skewers (51) in shape conical that have their base mounted correspondingly on said fixing arms, and a groove (75) is cut around each one of said skewers at a distance from its tip (77).

29. Tool (1) according to claim 25, wherein said skewers comprise two pairs of skewers (51, 79), in which one pair stands out and the other pair stands out down.

30. Tool (1) according to claim 1, in which said rope element comprises a material longitudinally inelastic and transversely flexible.

31. Tool (1) according to claim 1, in which said rope element comprises a material hard.

32. Method for collecting and removing excrement from a surface pet, which includes the stages of:

(a) provide a flexible sheet (5);

(b) coupling said sheet (5) to an element (3) of tightly stretched rope to form a leading edge of said sheet (5), said rope element being stretched detachable by two points separated from it at two ends for fixing a support element;

(c) move said rope element with said sheet (5) coupled thereto to the stool to be collected while said rope element is kept in close contact with said surface;

(d) inserting said sheet (5) between the excrement and said surface moving said rope element between the pet excrement and said surface, to isolate the excrement of said surface with said sheet (5) in between;

(e) wrapping the excrement with said sheet (5); Y

(f) remove said sheet (5) that surrounds the excrement and said rope element and get rid of the same.

33. Method according to claim 32, wherein said rope element is permanently attached to said sheet (5).

34 Method according to claim 32, wherein said rope element comprises a strip.

35. A method according to claim 32, wherein said rope element is disposable.

36. Method according to claim 32, wherein said rope element (3) and said sheet (5) are disposable jointly.
