Abstract

Envase no recuperable, en particular para carnes y viandas cocidas, destinado a contener sustancias alimenticias en general, especialmente jamones y espaldillas de cerdo para dirigir al ciclo de cocción y embalaje, al vacío, juntamente con el envase, caracterizado por el hecho de estar constituido por una tira de material semi-rígido adecuado, de forma esencialmente rectangular, de altura y longitud variables en función de la capacidad que se quiere dar al envase mismo; dicha tira lleva un conjunto de trazos transversales, obtenidos por estampación, orientados según líneas rectas paralelas entre sí y paralelas también a un par de cortes terminales practicados en sus extremos; dichos cortes contrapuestos y de profundidad correspondiente a la mitad del ancho de la tira aproximadamente, constituyen elementos de mutuo enganche de los extremos y para el cierre anular de la tira.
