Abstract
Perfections introduced in a cardboard box for packaging and delivery of articles comprising a box element and a wrapping element mounted on said box element and a wrapping element mounted on said box element, wherein said box element includes (a) a portion containing the product, which includes: (i) front and back panels, spaced apart and parallel of approximately equal size, said front panel having a recessed portion to allow easy access to the products, (ii) panels separate and parallel laterals, located between said anterior and posterior panels, and (iii) a bottom panel, which closes one end of said portion containing the product while the other end remains open; and (b) a lid portion including: (i) front and back lid panels of greater height than said back lid panel and extending over said recessed portion of said front panel when said lid portion is in a closed position , said back cover panel being formed integrally with said back panel of said portion containing the product, (ii) a pair of side tab tabs disposed between said front and back cover panels, said side tabs having sloped bottom edges (iii) ) a top panel disposed between said front and back cover panels and said side tabs, and (iv) said lid portion being adapted to pivot between the closed position covering the open end of said portion containing the product and an open position that exposes the product; and wherein said wrapping element includes: (c) a sheath including: (i) separate and parallel front and back panels, said front panel being of less height than said back panel, (ii) separate and parallel side panels located between said front and rear panels, said side panels having inclined upper edges of said lid portion when said lid portion is in its closed position, (iii) said sheath surrounding said portion containing the product and being mounted in such a manner which allows a reciprocating movement between a first position in which said lid portion is in its closed position and a second position in which said lid portion is in its open position; and (d) a flap integrally formed with the upper end of said back panel and attached to the top panel of said lid portion, said flap being adapted to restrict movement of said lid portion when said sheath is moved to its second position, thus making the lid portion pivot and assume its open position.
