Abstract

Un proceso para la producción de un equivalente piel/pelo, más particularmente un modelo piel/pelo con papilas reconstruidas (pseudopapilas; PP) en una dermis reconstruida (pseudodermis; PD), comprendiendo el proceso las siguientes etapas: (a) proveer una dermis reconstruida (pseudodermis; PD) o una preparación de pseudodermis; (b) proveer papilas reconstruidas (pseudopapilas; PP) comprendiendo células papilares dérmicas (células papilares de pelo), sobre un portador apropiado y/o una matriz apropiada, más particularmente matriz de gel, po proveer los precursores correspondientes de tales papilas reconstruidas (pseudopapilas; PP) que comprenden células papilares dérmicas cultivadas, en un medio MFMPP apropiado formador de matriz, más particularmente una matriz de gel, in situ, más particularmente en la dermis reconstruida (pseudodermis; PD (c) introducir o insertar las papilas reconstruidas (PP) o sus precursores provistos en la etapa (b) en la pseudodermis (PD) o en la preparación de pseudodermis provista en la etapa (a); (d) aplicar opcionalmente una epidermis reconstruida (psesudoepidermis; PE) o una peridermis reconstruida (pseudoperidermis; PI) a la pseudodermis (PD).
