Abstract
Controlador (12) para un equipo (10) de tratamiento de sangre, comprendiendo dicho equipo por lo menos una unidad de tratamiento (14), incluyendo una membrana semipermeable que separa la unidad de tratamiento en un primer compartimiento (16) para la circulación de sangre y en un segundo compartimiento (18) para la circulación de un líquido de tratamiento, estando adaptado el controlador (12) para: <br /><br />- recibir una o más entradas de información medida, medida durante el curso de un procedimiento de tratamiento, seleccionando dicha información medida de en el grupo que comprende la conductividad del líquido de tratamiento corriente abajo de la unidad de tratamiento (14); la concentración de una sustancia en el líquido de tratamiento corriente abajo de la unidad de tratamiento (14);<br /><br />- calcular a partir de dicha información medida por lo menos un parámetro significativo indicativo del progreso de un tratamiento extracórporeo de la sangre llevada a cabo mediante el equipo (10),<br /><br />- comparar dicho parámetro significativo calculado con un valor prefijado de referencia para dicho parámetro,<br /><br />- generar por lo menos una señal de control de salida que responde a dicha comparación.
