A refinement in the structure of tire covers for wheels of all kinds of vehicles, characterized by the use of a belt intermediate particularly suited, by its structure, to resist tensile stresses and formed of strings or synthetic, which have a low elongation, said strings being arranged in one or more layers, with the strings of the several layers parallel to no more than two directions, and having both the rubber mixture with which the strings are glued, and the rubber mixture of the layers which are interposed between the different layers of the belt intermediate, a low modulus of elasticity; and of a frame constituted by a number of fabrics crisscrossed in two directions, the strings of each being parallel to each other and arranged so that the strings of the adjacent fabrics according to one direction and those of the adjacent fabrics according to the other direction meet the plane of longitudinal symmetry of the tire according to equal and symmetrical angles not exceeding 70 degrees, having the strings formed of textile material, natural, artificial or synthetic, by the characteristic of the material of which they are constituted and/or by their particular conformation and/or disposition, under modulus of elasticity and an elastic elongation superior to that of the strings that constitute the belt intermediate.
