Un pañal desechable perfeccionado que tiene márgenes. laterales y que tiene una sección frontal y una sección trasera a lados opuestos de un punto medio longitudinal del, pañal, estando dicho pañal doblado en una configuración con dichos márgenes laterales en contacto, estando asegurados dichos márgenes laterales uno a otro de manera liberable en dicha sección frontal del pañal, por lo cual dicha sección frontal puedo ser retenida temporalmente en dicha configuración doblada, mientras que dicha sección trasera es desdoblada para aplicación del, pañal a un niño.
