Abstract

Molde flexible para pastelería y panadería, que comprende una bandeja (2) de silicona y un elemento (5, 10) de soporte y rigidez, incluyendo dicha bandeja (2) de silicona, en su parte superior, un borde (3, 12) saliente hacia fuera que permite una fácil sujeción del molde, caracterizado porque el elemento (5, 10) de soporte y rigidez está dispuesto cerca de la zona periférica del borde (3, 12), permitiendo así que el molde mantenga su forma sin doblarse a causa del esfuerzo debido al peso del contenido y conserve su flexibilidad para sacar con facilidad el producto del molde.

Description

Molde flexible para confitería, panadería y similares, con elemento de soporte y rigidez del borde exterior.
Esta invención se refiere a un molde flexible hecho de silicona para pastelería, panadería o similar, especialmente adecuado para su uso en hornos tanto tradicionales como de microondas, constituidos por una bandeja provista, en su cara superior, de un borde que se extiende hacia fuera.
En FR-A-2.786.667 se describe un molde flexible para pastelería y panadería que comprende una bandeja de silicona de calidad alimentaria que presenta un borde de silicona que sobresale hacia fuera y provista de un refuerzo par comunicarle una resistencia mecánica aumentada.
En EP-A-1.132.000, que es un documento intermedio, se describe dicho molde flexible en el cual el refuerzo provisto en el borde de silicona que sobresale hacia fuera de una bandeja de silicona de calidad alimentaria se agrega al citado borde de silicona, para comunicarle la citada resistencia mecánica.
En la invención, la bandeja provista, en su cara superior, del citado borde que se extiende hacia fuera, está dotada en dicho borde de un elemento de soporte y refuerzo, consistente preferentemente en un hilo metálico embebido en la silicona o en un marco de plástico o metal parcialmente coestampado a la vista o bien inserto manualmente en un asiento correspondiente dispuesto en el borde.
Esta característica mejora considerablemente el manejo de la bandeja, especialmente cuando ésta contiene productos muy líquidos, manteniendo sin variar aquellas características de flexibilidad que hacen más fácil el sacar contenidos frágiles del horno y deformar y aplanar la bandeja con el fin de almacenarla ocupando un espacio reducido.
Como es sabido, algunos de los moldes empleados en pastelería y panadería se hacen de un material rígido, tal como, por ejemplo, un metal como el aluminio, o de materiales refractarios como la cerámica o un material vítreo, siendo este último utilizado en particular en los hornos de microondas.
Los moldes rígidos presentan varios inconvenientes, desde la dificultad de sacar del molde el producto sin romperlo hasta unas dimensiones inapropiadas cuando las bandejas deben almacenarse.
Estos inconvenientes pueden superarse por medio de bandejas flexibles hachas de un tejido de adecuadas fibras revestido de un material sintético como la silicona.
Pero todas esas bandejas presentan varios inconvenientes debidos a la dificultad de conformar debidamente un material inextensible como el tejido, para obtener una bandeja con la profundidad requeri-
da.
Con el molde de esta invención resulta más fácil sacar el producto del molde, gracias a la elasticidad y la flexibilidad del material, y es igualmente posible almacenar los moldes en un espacio reducido, gracias a la deformabilidad de dichos moldes.
Estos moldes conocidos incluyen una bandeja debidamente conformada y provista en su parte superior de un borde, siempre de silicona, que puede extenderse hacia fuera.
Ese borde permite coger fácilmente la bandeja y sacar el producto.
Los moldes de silicona representan un producto innovador que puede ser perfeccionado.
Se ha observado que la considerable flexibilidad y elasticidad del material crea algunas dificultades cuando existe la necesidad de manejar los moldes que contienen un producto, especialmente cuando este producto es muy líquido.
Por efecto del peso del producto, el molde muy flexible tiende a deformarse y si se eleva por su borde, como es habitual, existe el riesgo de derramar parte del producto.
Para eliminar dicho inconveniente, esta invención propone un molde de silicona caracterizado porque el refuerzo que se agrega al borde de silicona, para comunicarle la resistencia mecánica mejorada, comprende un elemento de soporte.
Dicho elemento o pieza de soporte y refuerzo, es capaz de dar al molde la requerida resistencia para soportar el peso del producto sin deformarse, manteniendo los aspectos de flexibilidad que permiten garantizar las otras ventajas mencionadas más arriba.
El molde según la invención se define por la parte caracterizante de la reivindicación 1 en particular porque la realización mejora el manejo del producto y aumenta la facilidad de utilización y la práctica de su empleo.
Esta invención se describirá en detalle, a título de ejemplo sin ninguna limitación, con referencia a los dibujos adjuntos, en los cuales:
La figura 1 representa la sección de un molde según la invención, y la figura 2 es una vista en perspectiva del molde de la figura 1.
Las figuras 3 y 4 son vistas en perspectiva, en sección, de otras formas de realización de dicha idea de solución.
Con referencia a los dibujos adjuntos, 1 indica en conjunto un molde según la invención, consistente esencialmente en una bandeja 2 en la que se coloca el producto que se ha de cocinar o calentar y está provista en su cara superior de un borde 3 constituido esencialmente por un ala que se proyecta hacia fuera.
Tanto la bandeja 2 como el ala 3 están hechas totalmente de silicona.
La silicona es un material capaz de resistir las temperaturas del horno y resulta ser adecuado para esa finalidad gracias a sus características de resistencia y flexibilidad.
Es una peculiaridad de la invención disponer, cerca de la zona periférica del borde o ala 3, un soporte indicado con el número 4, que consiste esencialmente en un elemento metálico 5, preferentemente un hilo metálico tal como uno de acero o similar, embebido en un revestimiento de silicona 6.
El hecho de disponer el hilo metálico embebido en la silicona permite el empleo del molde incluso en un horno de microondas.
El hilo de refuerzo tendrá unas dimensiones tales que permitan que el molde no se doble a causa del esfuerzo debido al peso de su contenido, pero tales que permitan en cada caso una suficiente flexibilidad de las alas 3 y de todo el cuerpo de la bandeja.
El material puede ser el acero o, en todo caso, otro material plástico apropiado. El elemento de refuerzo 5 puede incorporarse directamente al molde durante la inyección del material de silicona o bien, si es necesario, puede también aplicarse después, debidamente insertado en un asiento provisto en la silicona.
Mediante esta solución, el molde puede manejarse fácilmente, cogiéndolo por sus bordes, incluso cuando contiene un producto líquido, porque la resistencia del elemento de soporte 5 permite que el molde mantenga su forma sin doblarse bajo el peso de su contenido. La flexibilidad de la silicona permitirá siempre sacar el producto, presionar el molde y almacenarlo ocupando un espacio mínimo.
Un experto en la materia puede introducir cambios y diferentes versiones, que deben considerarse incluidas en la competencia de esta invención.
En particular, en vez del elemento metálico de soporte se puede disponer un marco rígido de plástico coestampado con el borde de silicona o que ocupe el lugar de este último y que se aplique, por ejemplo, por presión al cuerpo del molde, como se indica en la figura 3.
Otra realización preferida de la invención presenta un elemento de refuerzo consistente en un marco 10 (figura 4) hecho de un material plástico rígido o semirrígido que se introduce en un correspondiente asiento 11 practicado en el borde flexible 12 del molde.
Preferentemente, el marco 10 se introduce en un asiento dispuesto en la superficie inferior del borde.
La parte exterior 12 del borde solapa por lo menos una parte del marco de refuerzo 10, el cual queda así mantenido en su lugar.

Claims (9)

1. Molde flexible para pastelería y panadería, que comprende una bandeja (2) de silicona y un elemento (5, 10) de soporte y rigidez, incluyendo dicha bandeja (2) de silicona, en su parte superior, un borde (3, 12) saliente hacia fuera que permite una fácil sujeción del molde, caracterizado porque el elemento (5, 10) de soporte y rigidez está dispuesto cerca de la zona periférica del borde (3, 12), permitiendo así que el molde mantenga su forma sin doblarse a causa del esfuerzo debido al peso del contenido y conserve su flexibilidad para sacar con facilidad el producto del molde.
2. Molde flexible según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el elemento de soporte y rigidez es de un material metálico o plástico.
3. Molde flexible según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque el elemento de soporte y rigidez está embebido en la silicona.
4. Molde flexible según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque el elemento de soporte y rigidez
está formado por un hilo (5).
5. Molde flexible según las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, caracterizado porque el elemento de soporte y rigidez está formado por un marco (10).
6. Molde flexible según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque el marco (10), siendo de un material plástico rígido, está coestampado con el borde (3) hecho de silicona.
7. Molde flexible según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque el marco (10), siendo de un material plástico rígido, se aplica a la bandeja (2) de silicona para ocupar el lugar del borde.
8. Molde flexible según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque el marco (10) se introduce en un correspondiente asiento (11) dispuesto en el borde (12).
9. Molde flexible según la reivindicación 8, caracterizado porque el correspondiente asiento (11) está previsto en la parte inferior del borde (12) y la parte exterior del borde (12) solapa por lo menos una parte del marco (10).
