Abstract

Procedimiento para producir un producto de vacuna contra la poliomielitis que consiste en absorber el antígeno del virus de la poliomielitis de una vacuna contra la poliomielitis acuosa muerta o neutralizada, que contenga por lo menos una cepa de antígeno de la poliomielitis humana, sobre fosfato de aluminio, separar desde el líquido el fosfato de aluminio con el antígeno de la poliomielitis absorbido y volver a poner en suspensión el precipitado de antígeno y fosfato de aluminio en un medio acuoso.
