Abstract
Método para purificar y separa antibióticos, caracterizado porque incluye la separación de tetraciclina de un caldo de fermentación que la contiene, que comprende tratar un filtrado de dicho caldo con un disolvente orgánico sustancialmente inmiscible en el agua a un ph alcalino para formar una solución de la tetraciclina en el disolvente y recuperar la tetraciclina de dicha solución.
