Improved partition for interior division, which is constituted by right feet and crossbeams obtained from basic metal profiles as retaining elements of covering panels of opaque and transparent nature, and wherein the said right feet and crossbeams are formed by pairs of independent, equal profiles each other, whose section is an isosceles trapezoid with the minor base open and prolonged in external coplanar branches that maintain parallelism with respect to the greater base, and whose branches extend in dihedral diaphragm inflections towards each of the sides of the trapezoid, and which being of the type where the profiles are formed at the right feet and crossbars are related facing their corresponding major bases to join together with the collaboration of retaining elements of variable length; essentially it is characterized in that the retaining elements are constituted by tubular portions of variable length that are fixed on each one of the major bases of the profiles defining species of tie rods that stiffen each other to such profiles with the adequate separation for each case; provided that the outer tubular portions are disposed at a certain distance from the terminals of the profiles in order to allow the right feet to be locked by pressure on solid pieces of floor and ceiling respectively; it being provided that both the right feet and the crosspieces have at least one point of their dihedral wings a window, obtained by removal of material, access for the staples that contribute to the perpendicular retention of two profiles to each other; with the particularity each one of the constituent profiles of the right feet to receive in situ and in proximity of its lower ends a laminar piece that serves as support for the covering panels.
