Abstract

Packaging for an advertisement of pairs of cylindrical containers and a support, said containers having pseudo-conical circumferential portions immediately below the upper edges thereof, said support including a plurality of pairs of pseudo-conical tapes which surround each one of said containers immediately below its upper edge, a plurality of said plates, each of said first plates interconnected in one piece between the opposite lower edges of the tapes of each pair of tapes, a plurality of said second plates, each of said second plates interconnected between the opposite lower edges of the tapes of an adjacent pair of said tapes, each of said tapes being in a condition of hoop stress, each of said tapes having four circumferential sections of substantially different length, the first being said sections located in a section contiguous to said first plate, the second and third sections extending circumferentially around the container from the ends of said first section and being in a position contiguous to said second plate, the fourth section being connected between the ends of said second and third sections, said second and third sections being elongated to a substantially greater degree than the first section and the fourth section being elongated to a substantially greater degree than said first section.
