Abstract
Un conjunto de componente protésico para utilizarse en la fijación a un hueso, que comprende: una vaina (12) formada con una superficie interior (20) que proporciona en su extensión exterior un estrechamiento ahusado hembra (30), un forro (14) formado con una superficie interior (34) y una superficie exterior (32) que tiene un estrechamiento ahusado macho (44) dimensionado para ser recibo por el citado estrechamiento ahusado hembra (30), proporcionando la aplicación del estrechamiento ahusado hembra con el estrechamiento ahusado macho una conexión entre la vaina y el forro, un apoyo (16) que está formado para acoplarse con el forro, teniendo el apoyo un interior que proporciona una cavidad interna para recibir una rótula y un exterior opuesto, estando formado el exterior para aplicarse con la superficie interior del forro, que se caracteriza porque el forro tiene una pluralidad de proyecciones (53) que se extienden desde su superficie interior en una relación de separación mutua, para la aplicación segura con el apoyo (16) e impedir la rotación del apoyo en el interior del forro (14).
Description
Conjunto de copa protésica que incluye
componentes de autobloqueo.
Esta presente invención se refiere a un conjunto
de copa protésica que se desvela en el contexto de una prótesis de
cadera.
El documento US - 5049158 desvela un conjunto de
copa acetabular que incluye un componente de vaina metálica, que
puede estar unido a un acetábulo para reemplazar el alojamiento
natural de la rótula y un componente de apoyo de plástico que se
inserta en la vaina para proporcionar una superficie de apoyo para
recibir un elemento protésico de rótula de fémur. Además, los
componentes de apoyo tradicionales incluyen un labio aumentado
alrededor de una porción de la superficie de apoyo, por ejemplo,
como se describe en los documentos US - 5282864 y US - 5413603.
El documento WO - A - 95/22944 desvela un
inserto compuesto de copa acetabular que se puede utilizar en el
interior de una vaina metálica. El inserto comprende una porción
interior de plástico y una porción exterior metálica. La superficie
externa de la porción metálica del inserto define un estrechamiento
ahusado macho que se puede recibir en un estrechamiento ahusado
hembra en la superficie interna de la vaina metálica. La porción de
plástico tiene un nervio anular en su superficie exterior que se
puede recibir en una ranura anular en la superficie interna de la
porción metálica.
La presente invención proporciona un conjunto de
componente protésico que se utiliza en la fijación a un hueso, que
comprende:
- una vaina formada con una superficie interior que proporciona en su extensión exterior un estrechamiento ahusado hembra,
- un forro formado con una superficie interior y una superficie exterior, que tiene un estrechamiento ahusado macho dimensionado para ser recibido por el citado estrechamiento ahusado hembra, proporcionando la aplicación del estrechamiento ahusado hembra con el estrechamiento ahusado macho una conexión entre la vaina y el forro,
- un apoyo que está formado para acoplarse con el forro, teniendo el apoyo un interior que proporciona una cavidad interna para recibir una rótula y un exterior opuesto, estando formado el exterior para aplicarse con la superficie interior del forro,
en el que el forro tiene una pluralidad de
proyecciones que se extienden desde su superficie exterior en una
relación de separación relativamente entre ellas, para la aplicación
segura con el apoyo de manera que impida la rotación del apoyo
dentro del forro.
En otro aspecto de la presente invención, se
proporciona un kit para el reemplazo de una porción de copa de un
hueso de una articulación. El kit comprende una vaina formada con
una superficie interior cóncava que proporciona, en su extensión
exterior, un estrechamiento ahusado hembra, y al menos dos
subconjuntos de apoyo/forro. Los subconjuntos incluyen un
componente de apoyo montado dentro de un forro. El componente de
apoyo proporciona una cavidad interna para recibir una rótula y un
exterior opuesto acoplado a una superficie interna del forro. El
forro también tiene una superficie exterior que proporciona un
estrechamiento ahusado macho dimensionado para ser recibido por el
estrechamiento ahusado hembra. La aplicación del estrechamiento
ahusado hembra con el estrechamiento ahusado macho proporciona la
conexión mecánica entre la vaina y el subconjunto.
En todavía otro aspecto de la presente
invención, se proporciona un procedimiento para montar un
subconjunto de apoyo/forro para un aparato protésico de tipo de
articulación de rótula. El procedimiento incluye los pasos de
enfriar un componente de apoyo que tiene un exterior con un radio
normal predeterminado, hasta una temperatura suficiente para
contraer el radio del exterior y colocar el componente de apoyo
enfriado dentro de un forro para formar un subconjunto de
apoyo/forro. El forro tiene una superficie interior orientada al
componente de apoyo y una superficie exterior que proporciona un
estrechamiento ahusado macho. La superficie exterior del forro
tiene un radio que es de dimensión mayor que el radio reducido del
componente de apoyo y menor que el radio normal predeterminado del
componente de apoyo. A continuación, se calienta el subconjunto
hasta una temperatura suficiente para devolver el exterior del
componente de apoyo al radio predeterminado normal. De esta manera,
el componente de apoyo se monta en una posición fija y bloqueada en
el interior del forro. A continuación, el subconjunto se inserta en
una vaina que está formada con una superficie interior cóncava,
generalmente hemisférica, que proporciona, en su extensión superior,
un estrechamiento ahusado hembra para recibir el estrechamiento
ahusado macho del forro. La aplicación del estrechamiento ahusado
hembra con el estrechamiento ahusado macho proporciona la conexión
mecánica entre la vaina y el forro.
En todavía otro aspecto de la presente
invención, se proporciona un conjunto de componente protésico para
utilizarse en la fijación al hueso. El conjunto incluye un conjunto
de componente protésico para utilizarse en la fijación al hueso,
comprendiendo el conjunto una vaina formada por una superficie
interior que proporciona en su extensión exterior un estrechamiento
ahusado hembra, un forro formado con un extremo interior, un extremo
exterior opuesto y una superficie interior y una superficie
exterior opuesta que se extienden entre los extremos interior y
exterior, estando situado el estrechamiento ahusado macho para que
se mantenga en la superficie exterior adyacente al extremo exterior
para recibir el estrechamiento ahusado hembra, proporcionando la
aplicación del estrechamiento ahusado hembra con el estrechamiento
ahusado macho una conexión mecánica entre la vaina y el forro, y un
componente de apoyo. El componente de apoyo está formado para
acoplarse con el forro y tiene una cavidad interna y un exterior
opuesto, estando formado el exterior para aplicarse con la
superficie interior del forro.
En un aspecto adicional de la presente
invención, se proporciona un conjunto de copa protésica para
utilizarse en la fijación a un hueso. El conjunto incluye una vaina
que define una cavidad de vaina, estando configurada la vaina con
(i) una superficie interior que tiene un estrechamiento ahusado
hembra, y (ii) un rebaje de bloqueo definido en la superficie
interior de la vaina. El conjunto incluye además, un apoyo que
define una cavidad de apoyo adaptada para recibir una rótula
protésica en la misma, estando configurado el apoyo con (i) una
superficie exterior que tiene un estrechamiento ahusado macho, y
(ii) un miembro de bloqueo que se extiende hacia fuera desde la
superficie exterior del apoyo. Cuando se sitúa el apoyo en el
interior de la cavidad de la vaina, el estrechamiento ahusado macho
y el estrechamiento ahusado hembra se aplican entre sí para
proporcionar una primera conexión entre el apoyo y la vaina.
Además, cuando se sitúa el apoyo en el interior de la cavidad de
vaina, el miembro de bloqueo se sitúa en el interior del rebaje de
bloqueo para proporcionar una segunda conexión entre el apoyo y la
vaina.

Haciendo referencia a los dibujos, la figura 1
muestra un conjunto 10 de copa acetabular que incluye una vaina 12
adaptada para fijarse al acetábulo (no mostrado) para reemplazar el
alojamiento natural de la cadera, un forro 14 adaptado para
acoplarse a la vaina 12 y un apoyo 16 adaptado para acoplarse al
forro 14. La vaina 12 incluye una superficie exterior 18 que puede
estar texturada para facilitar que se asegure la vaina 12 en su
lugar en el interior de un acetábulo preparado apropiadamente. La
vaina 12 preferiblemente está fabricada de titanio, pero puede
estar fabricada de un material de cromo y cobalto y de otros
materiales adecuados. La vaina 12 también incluye una superficie
interior 20 de forma generalmente hemisférica. En esta descripción,
las palabras "generalmente hemisférica" pretenden cubrir los
rangos hemisféricos convencionalmente utilizados en vainas, forros
y apoyos de copa acetabulares y glenoideos, incluyendo los que son
menores que hemisféricos y en algunos casos, mayores que
hemisféricos. La vaina 12 incluye además un reborde 22. El reborde
22 define un plano a través del cual el forro 14 y el apoyo 16
entran en una cavidad 24 de la vaina 12 formada por una superficie
interior 20. La superficie interior 20 de la vaina 12 está formada
de manera que incluye una pared lateral 26 que proporciona, en su
extensión exterior 28, un estrechamiento ahusado hembra 30. El
estrechamiento ahusado hembra 30 se extiende alrededor de la
periferia completa de la cavidad 24 adyacente al reborde 22. Se
debe entender que la profundidad axial del estrechamiento ahusado
hembra 30 en el interior de la cavidad 24 puede variar.
El forro 14 incluye una superficie esférica
exterior 32 que tiene un estrechamiento ahusado macho 44 que está
dimensionado para aplicarse y bloquearse con el estrechamiento
ahusado hembra 30. Se debe entender que la longitud del
estrechamiento ahusado macho 34 puede variar, siempre que se aplique
con seguridad al estrechamiento ahusado hembra 30. El forro 14 está
fabricado preferiblemente de titanio, pero puede estar fabricado de
un material de cromo y cobalto o de otros materiales adecuados. El
forro 14 incluye una superficie interior 34 que define
preferiblemente una cámara 36 dimensionada para recibir el
componente 16 de apoyo. Típicamente, la superficie interior 34 es
generalmente de forma hemisférica. Además, las proyecciones 53 se
pueden extender desde la superficie interior 34 en una relación de
separación relativamente entre sí, para asegurar la aplicación con
los componentes 16 de apoyo, como se describe en la figura 2.
Típicamente, el forro 14 incluye cuatro proyecciones 52 situadas
aproximadamente a 90º relativamente entre sí para impedir la
rotación del componente 16 de apoyo en el interior de la cámara 36.
El forro 14 incluye, además, un reborde exterior 40.
Preferiblemente, un apéndice 42 de bloqueo se extiende dentro de la
cámara 36 desde la superficie interior 34 adyacente al reborde
exterior 40. Véase la figura 2.
Haciendo referencia de nuevo a la figura 1, el
apoyo 16 incluye una superficie exterior 52 que es de forma
generalmente hemisférica. El apoyo 16 también incluye una superficie
de apoyo interior 54 que define una abertura 55 dimensionada para
recibir una rótula femoral protésica (no mostrada). Un reborde 56 se
extiende circunferencialmente alrededor de la abertura 55 del apoyo
16. El apoyo 16 es simétrico. Sin embargo, se debe entender que el
apoyo 16 de la presente invención puede ser un componente no
simétrico. El apoyo 16 incluye además una ranura circunferencial 58
separada del reborde 56 y dimensionada para recibir el apéndice 42
de bloqueo del forro 14. El apoyo 16 preferiblemente está fabricado
de un material polimérico tal como polietileno de peso molecular
ultra alto (UHMWPE). Por supuesto, el apoyo 16 podría fabricarse de
otros tipos de materiales de apoyos implantables, tal como un
material metálica o un material cerámico.
Como se muestra, por ejemplo en la figura 2, el
apoyo 16 puede estar acoplado selectivamente al forro 14 para
formar un subconjunto 60 de acuerdo con un kit de la presente
invención. El usuario recibirá el kit que incluye una vaina 12 y al
menos dos subconjuntos de apoyo/forro 60, 160, 260 tales como, por
ejemplo, los tipos mostrados en las figuras 2, 5 y 6,
respectivamente. Una vez que el usuario haya fijado la vaina 12 a un
acetábulo preparado apropiadamente, se podrán seleccionar los
subconjuntos 60, 160, 260 apropiados para su utilización con el
entorno.
Haciendo referencia a continuación a la figura
2, el apoyo 16 se ajusta por presión dentro de la cámara 36 del
forro 14 para formar un subconjunto 60 del kit de la presente
invención. La superficie interior 34 del forro 14 tiene un radio
interior 66 que es menor que un radio predeterminado normal 64
(figura 1) de la superficie exterior 52 del apoyo 16. De esta
manera, antes del montaje, el apoyo 16 se enfría hasta una
temperatura que hace que su superficie exterior 52 se contraiga de
tamaño hasta alcanzar un segundo radio reducido (no mostrado). Se
debe entender que la cantidad de reducción de tamaño variará
dependiendo del material utilizado para construir el componente 16
de apoyo y la temperatura a la cual se enfría el apoyo 16.
Típicamente, el apoyo 16 se enfría en nitrógeno líquido, sin
embargo se pueden utilizar otros procedimientos de refrigeración
comunes. De esta manera, una vez que se ha reducido el radio 64
predeterminado normal de la superficie exterior 52, el apoyo 16 se
ajusta por presión dentro de la cámara 36 del forro 14. La ranura
circunferencial 58 se alinea generalmente con el apéndice 42 de
bloqueo del forro 14. Después de que la ranura circunferencial 58 y
al apéndice 42 de bloqueo se encuentren alineados, se calienta el
apoyo 16 hasta que alcance una temperatura suficiente para que la
superficie exterior 52 del apoyo 16 vuelva a un tamaño que se
aproxima a su radio 64 predeterminado normal. De esta manera, el
apoyo 16 y el forro 14 se sujetan uno con el otro en una posición
fija y bloqueada y forman el subconjunto 60 de apoyo/forro.
Este subconjunto 60 a continuación se inserta
dentro de la cavidad 24 de la vaina 12 para formar el conjunto de
copa acetabular montado 10. Véase la figura 3. Una vez que el forro
14 se haya presionado dentro de la cavidad 24, los estrechamiento
ahusados hembra y macho 30, 44 cooperan para sujetar el subconjunto
60 en su lugar. El estrechamiento ahusado macho 44 del forro 14 se
aplica al estrechamiento ahusado hembra 30 de la vaina 12 y forma
una conexión mecánica metal con metal de bloqueo entre ellos. Los
estrechamiento ahusados 30, 44 pueden ser estrechamiento ahusados
rectos como en las figuras 2 a 7, o pueden ser como una curva de
una sección cónica, tal como, círculo, elipse, parábola, hipérbola,
o similar. Si el estrechamiento ahusado 44 de superficie exterior
32 del forro 14 es recto, el estrechamiento ahusado 30 de la pared
lateral 26 de la vaina 12 también será recto.
Haciendo referencia a continuación a la figura
4, los estrechamiento ahusados 30, 44 son estrechamiento ahusados
mecanizados que proporcionan una conexión que asegura y mantiene la
alineación precisa entre la vaina 12 y el forro 14 y permite que la
vaina 12 y el forro 14 se puedan separar para reacondicionarlos o
para la sustitución de otros componentes. Los estrechamiento
ahusados 30, 44 pueden ser un estrechamiento ahusado de auto
sujeción (es decir, auto bloqueante) o un estrechamiento ahusado
auto desbloqueante. A lo largo de esta memoria descriptiva, las
expresiones "auto sujeción" y "auto bloqueante" se definen
como estrechamientos ahusados macho y hembra que, cuando se
encuentran en aplicación uno con el otro, tienden a mantenerse en su
lugar debido al ángulo de estrechamiento ahusado. No se requiere
otro medio de sujeción. Esto es, en el caso de estrechamientos
ahusados simétricos rectos, el ángulo incluido entre los puntos
opuestos diametralmente en el estrechamiento ahusado macho 44 será
mayor de 0º y menor o igual de aproximadamente 17º. Como se describe
en la figura 4, que ilustra los estrechamiento ahusados simétricos
30, 44, un ángulo 48 entre los puntos opuestos en el estrechamiento
ahusado macho 44 es mayor de 0º y menor o igual a aproximadamente
7º. Se consigue un estrechamiento ahusado de bloqueo curvado cuando
los ángulos agudos entre tangentes a la curva sobre gran parte de su
longitud y perpendiculares al reborde 40 son mayores de 0º y no
superan aproximadamente los 7º. La retirada del estrechamiento
ahusado macho del estrechamiento ahusado hembra se consigue
iniciando la retirada con una llave de extracción o con algún otro
mecanismo positivo.
Como se utiliza a lo largo de la memoria
descriptiva, el término "auto desbloqueante" se distingue de la
expresión "auto sujetante" (o "auto bloqueante") por el
ángulo de estrechamiento ahusado que es lo suficientemente grande
para hacer que la retención del estrechamiento ahusado macho en el
estrechamiento ahusado hembra dependa de un dispositivo de bloqueo
positivo, tal como la presión positiva de una cabeza de fémur
correspondiente contra el componente 16 de apoyo. En el caso de
estrechamientos ahusados simétricos rectos, el ángulo incluido entre
puntos opuestos diametralmente en el estrechamiento ahusado macho
44 será de aproximadamente 16º. El ajuste del estrechamiento entre
los estrechamiento ahusados macho y hembra 30, 44 solamente sirve
para mantener la alineación. Los estrechamientos ahusados auto
desbloqueantes se liberarán a sí mismos.
Una realización alternativa del conjunto 110 de
copa acetabular se ilustra en la figura 5. El conjunto 110 de copa
acetabular incluye una vaina 12, un forro 114 que está acoplado en
la vaina 12, y un apoyo 16 acoplado al forro 114 para crear un
subconjunto 160 de forro/apoyo. El forro 114 incluye una superficie
interior 132 que está formada para aplicarse a la superficie
interior 20 de la vaina 12, una cámara interior 134 y un reborde
exterior 140 que se extiende alrededor de la circunferencia del
forro 114. Además, un apéndice de bloqueo 142 se extiende dentro de
la cámara interior 134 para aplicarse al apoyo 16. Como se describe
en la figura 5, la superficie exterior 132 incluye un
estrechamiento ahusado macho 144 que está angulado respecto a su
circunferencia para crear longitudes de estrechamientos desiguales
en los lados opuestos 133, 135 del forro 114. Este estrechamiento
ahusado angulado 144 hace que el subconjunto 160 de forro/apoyo se
encuentre situado en una orientación labial en el interior de la
vaina 12. Se debe entender que el ángulo puede variarse para crear
varias longitudes de estrechamiento ahusado con el fin de crear
múltiples orientaciones para el subconjunto 160 en el interior de
la vaina 12. Una orientación labial de este tipo puede ser
beneficiosa en ciertos ambientes para ayudar en la prevención de la
dislocación de la rótula femoral.
Otra construcción del conjunto 210 de copa
acetabular se ilustra en la figura 6. La copa acetabular 206 incluye
la vaina 12, un forro 214 que está acoplado a la vaina 12, y un
apoyo 16 acoplado al forro 214 para crear un subconjunto 260 de
forro/apoyo. El forro 214 tiene forma de anillo e incluye una
superficie exterior 232 que está formado para aplicarse al
estrechamiento ahusado hembra 30 de la vaina 12 y una superficie
interior opuesta 234. Además, el forro 214 incluye un reborde
interior 238, un reborde exterior 240 y una cámara interior 235 que
se extiende entre los rebordes 238, 240. Además, un apéndice de
bloqueo 242 se extiende dentro de la cámara interior 235 para
aplicarse a la superficie exterior 52 del apoyo 16. Como se muestra
en la figura 6, la superficie exterior 232 está formada como un
estrechamiento ahusado macho 244 que se extiende alrededor de la
circunferencia. De esta manera, el subconjunto 260 de forro/apoyo,
cuando está acoplado en el interior de la vaina 12, sitúa el apoyo
16 dentro de la vaina 12.
La característica de estrechamiento ahusado de
la presente invención, proporciona una integridad de bloqueo
mecánico de una construcción de dos o tres piezas. Este diseño
alternativo evita la necesidad de un anillo de bloqueo metálico y
proporciona una aplicación rígida del forro, eliminando
esencialmente la posibilidad de cualquier movimiento relativo entre
el forro metálica y la vaina metálica. Sin este movimiento relativo,
el potencial de desgaste por abrasión en una superficie exterior
del apoyo se elimina sustancialmente. Además, un forro que incluya
una porción estrechada ayuda a empujar el apoyo en una posición
predeterminada e impide que los restos de desgaste se escapen del
forro al interior del paciente.
Además, la característica de estrechamiento
ahusado de la presente invención se puede aplicar a una amplia
variedad de subconjuntos de forros metálicos/apoyo de plástico para
crear una selección infinita de configuraciones de apoyo en el
interior de la vaina metálica. Esta característica es bastante
ventajosa para los cirujanos que deben seleccionar una
configuración adecuada del componente de apoyo en relación a una
cabeza de fémur durante un procedimiento quirúrgico.
Preferiblemente, cada subconjunto es ajustable infinitamente dentro
de la vaina para crear una variedad de orientaciones adecuadas para
prevenir la dislocación de la cabeza del fémur correspondiente. De
esta manera, el cirujano solamente debe seleccionar una orientación
del apoyo adecuado en relación con la cabeza del fémur y apretar el
subconjunto en posición para que se aplique a los estrechamiento
ahusados correspondientes. Una vez que los estrechamientos ahusados
se han aplicado, el conjunto de copa acetabular se sujeta en su
posición automática y fácilmente.
Aunque el conjunto de copa protésica se describe
en el contexto de una prótesis de cadera, tiene utilidad en otras
posiciones dentro del cuerpo de un paciente. Además, mientras los
estrechamiento ahusados de las distintas realizaciones mostradas en
los dibujos se muestran siendo cada una un estrechamiento ahusado
recto, se debe entender que tales estrechamiento ahusados pueden
asumir otras configuraciones tales como una curva de sección
cónica, circulo, elipse, parábola, hipérbola o similar. Sin embargo,
si cualquier estrechamiento ahusado de este tipo adopta una
configuración que no es recta, se debe hacer notar que el
estrechamiento ahusado de acoplamiento respectivo debería tomar una
configuración complementaria.
Claims (10)
1. Un conjunto de componente protésico para
utilizarse en la fijación a un hueso, que comprende:
- una vaina (12) formada con una superficie interior (20) que proporciona en su extensión exterior un estrechamiento ahusado hembra (30), un forro (14) formado con una superficie interior (34) y una superficie exterior (32) que tiene un estrechamiento ahusado macho (44) dimensionado para ser recibo por el citado estrechamiento ahusado hembra (30), proporcionando la aplicación del estrechamiento ahusado hembra con el estrechamiento ahusado macho una conexión entre la vaina y el forro,
- un apoyo (16) que está formado para acoplarse con el forro, teniendo el apoyo un interior que proporciona una cavidad interna para recibir una rótula y un exterior opuesto, estando formado el exterior para aplicarse con la superficie interior del forro,
que se caracteriza porque el
forro tiene una pluralidad de proyecciones (53) que se extienden
desde su superficie interior en una relación de separación mutua,
para la aplicación segura con el apoyo (16) e impedir la rotación
del apoyo en el interior del forro
(14).
2. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 1, en el que la superficie interior del forro (14)
define una cámara dimensionada para recibir el exterior del apoyo
(16) en la misma.
3. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 2, en el que el forro (14) incluye un reborde (40)
que se extiende alrededor de la circunferencia de la cámara entre
las superficies interior y exterior y un apéndice de bloqueo (42)
que se extiende dentro de la cámara desde la superficie interior
adyacente al reborde.
4. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 3, en el que el exterior del apoyo (16) está formado
para que incluya una ranura (58) dimensionada para la inserción del
apéndice de bloqueo (42) en la misma, y el apéndice de bloqueo se
extiende en la ranura cuando el apoyo está acoplado al forro
(14).
5. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 1, en el que el forro (14) incluye un reborde (40) y
un apéndice de bloque (42) que se enciende desde la superficie
interior adyacente al reborde para aplicarse al exterior del apoyo
(16).
6. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 5, en el que la superficie exterior (32) del forro
(14) generalmente es de forma hemisférica y la superficie interior
define una cámara dimensionada para recibir el apoyo en la
misma.
7. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 1, en el que el estrechamiento ahusado macho (44) y
el estrechamiento ahusado hembra (30) son estrechamientos ahusados
auto bloqueantes.
8. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 1, en el que el estrechamiento ahusado macho (44) y
el estrechamiento ahusado hembra (30) son estrechamientos ahusados
auto desbloqueantes.
9. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 1, en el que el forro (14) tiene un reborde interior
(238) y un reborde exterior opuesto (240), y el estrechamiento
ahusado macho (44) es adyacente al reborde exterior.
10. Un conjunto como se ha reivindicado en la
reivindicación 9, en el que el forro es en forma de anillo.
