Abstract

Perfeccionamientos sobre el objeto de la Patente de Invención nº 221038, relativa a: Mejoras en la fabricación de calzados, caracterizados porque una vez montado sobre la horma del calzado un corte de piel acondicionada según la reivindicación 2ª de la patente principal y después de colocar en dicha horma la plantilla y/o entresuela, se procede al cosido del corte con dicha plantilla y/o entresuela de manera que el corte ocupe la parte superior del conjunto y deje establecida la línea definitiva del calzado, efectuado lo cual se recortan todo los salientes del corte y de la plantilla y/o entresuela y se impregna esta plantilla o entresuela por su parte exterior con una capa de disolución de caucho ciclado preparado según la reivindicación 3ª de la patente principal y conteniendo todos los productos necesarios para la vulcanización, sobre la cual capa se coloca una plancha de goma, procediéndose seguidamente a aplicar en la cara libre de esta plancha de goma una nueva capa de disolución de caucho ciclado, sobre la que se adhiere con leve presión el piso de goma, sometiéndose por último, el conjunto así constituido sobre la horma, a la acción de un ambiente de aire a presión calentado a la temperatura normal de vulcanización del caucho.
