Abstract

Aleta para intercambiador térmico, caracterizada porque este constituida por una pieza laminar metálica, dotada de una pluralidad de orificios para la colocación de los tubos de conducción de los fluidos objeto de intercambio térmico, cuyos orificios son obtenidos por troquelado formando una lengüeta interior en sentido diametral, la cual lengüeta es levantada, rebasando levemente la perpendicularidad con respecto a la pieza laminar, siendo asimismo efectuada una embutición en la periferia de cada orificio para formar en ella un collarín saliente por la cara que posee la lengüeta, apto para insertarse alrededor del correspondiente tubo, y teniendo lugar un galvanizado del conjunto, todo ello de manera que las sucesivas aletas son colocadas haciendo tope en el canto exterior de las lengüetas de la aleta inmediata anterior, actuando dichas lengüetas como medio separador y regularizador de las distancias entre aletas.
