Abstract

Bobina para la fabricación de bolsas para productos hortofrutícolas y similares, la cual está constituida por una banda continua (1) de naturaleza plástica, que presenta en uno de sus laterales una línea de soldadura (2) que por termosoldadura se une al extremo contrario de la misma. En la banda continua (1) se han practicado perforaciones equidistantes (3) y en toda su longitud, las cuales sirven como sistema de aireación y visualización del producto. La obtención final del envase se produce gracias a las soldaduras de las líneas de soldadura transversales (4) y longitudinal (5) mediante termosellado, el llenado de ella y posterior cierre por parte de la máquina vertical. A la banda continua (1), se pueden adherir dos láminas (6) de la misma naturaleza que la banda (1), sobre las que se pueden realizar impresiones de alta calidad además de dotar de una mayor consistencia a bolsa y generar un cuerpo de mayor rigidez.
