Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de vehículos secos para vitaminas, caracterizado por el hecho de efectuarse un compuesto altamente estable, soluble en grasa, portador de vitaminas y digestible, produciéndose un gran número de pequeñas partículas sólidas constituidas esencialmente por: (a) etil celulosa; (b) un material portador de vitaminas y soluble en grasa, elegido del grupo constituido por material soluble en grasa, portador de vitamina A; material soluble en grasa y que contenga vitamina D y material soluble en grasa que contenga vitamina E, y (c) un antioxidante comestible, con dichas substancias (a), (b) y (c) homogéneamente combinadas entre sí en solución sólida; la cantidad ponderal de (a) está comprendida entre 25% y 75% aproximadamente del peso del producto; una gran parte del producto contiene partículas que atraviesan un tamiz de 16 mallas y son retenidas por un tamiz de 100 mallas.
