Abstract

Utilización de agentes antimicrobianos derivados de aliáceas para la prevención y control de enfermedades de cultivos, podredumbres en postcosecha y como productos de desinfección ambiental, compuestos de propiltiosulfinato de propilo y propiltiosulfonato de propilo, para tratamientos de pre- y postcosecha, control de podredumbres en frutos y hortalizas; desinfección de suelos agrícolas, control de microorganismos, desinfección ambiental de industrias agroalimentarias, instalaciones y equipos, desinfección de envases y cajas de alimentos. Aplicables como principios activos puros, o en mezclas, en disoluciones acuosas o en cualquier formulación, tanto líquidos como soportados en agente o formulado sólido; como principios activos únicos, o en formulación, conjuntamente con otros agentes antifúngicos sintéticos o naturales, de biocontrol, fertilizantes, antioxidantes, reguladores del crecimiento o de cualquier otra naturaleza; mediante inmersión, nebulización, mojado, pulverización,atomización, inyección en suelo, en redes de riego, mediante drencher o, en general cualquier otro sistema de tratamiento o aplicación.
