Abstract
Dispositivo protector para plantas, esencialmente caracterizado porque está constituido por un cuerpo de componente troncocónica, hueco, de un material de tipo plástico o similar, transparente cuya superficie lateral se encuentra surcada por una serie de líneas coloreadas no transparentes, de anchura adecuada, preferentemente rectas y correspondientes a la trayectoria de la generatriz del cuerpo troncocónico, líneas que se establecen regularmente distribuidas y cuya anchura aumenta a medida que se acerca a la cara mayor inferior, provenientes de la base menor superior, presentando la cara mayor dos solapas orificadas diametralmente opuestas, por las que se fija el protector al terreno.
