Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de artículos de higiene y juguetes asépticos, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que el cloruro de polivinilo fundido a una temperatura de 180º C. con adición de un disolvente adecuado, es colado a esta misma temperatura en un molde dotado de la cavidad correspondiente al objeto a elaborar, provisto interiormente de noyo amovible, teniendo lugar el desmoldeo antes del enfriamiento completo y a una temperatura en la que el cloruro de polivinilo conversa una elasticidad suficiente para permitir la extracción de dicho noyo.
