Aditivo para mejorar la combustión en aparatos
de combustión industriales, procedimiento para fabricarlo y modo de
utilización.
Aditivo para mejorar la combustión en aparatos
de combustión industriales que comprende principalmente minerales
hidroabsorbentes de tipo volcánico de compuestos amorfos o
cristalinos de silicato de aluminio, sometidos a un preproceso
consistente en un expandido térmico y un molido hasta un diámetro
aproximado de 24 micras, y mezclado con unos componentes auxiliares
(diatomitas, perlita, puzolanas y sílice) en una proporción que
depende de la planta de combustión concreta a la que se le
suministra el producto.
Procedimiento de fabricación de este
aditivo.
Modo de utilización del aditivo, suministrado en
polvo y dispersado en la cámara de combustión o en otras zonas del
aparato de combustión, por ejemplo en las entradas de aire, de
combustible o en la corriente de gases de combustión. La
alimentación de aditivo se ajusta para cada planta, y puede estar
controlada en función de parámetros variables en la operación del
aparato de combustión.
