Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de mangueras y tuberías flexibles y extensibles, caracterizado porque éstas contienen un tubo profundamente ondulado, de material elastómero delgado y un arrollamiento helicoidal y elástico de refuerzo, previamente sometido a esfuerzos, de tal modo que sus espiras tienden a cerrarse formando contacto entre sí, y además por comprender el dilatar longitudinalmente el arrollamiento, el expulsar un tubo de material elastómero alrededor del arrollamiento mientras está dilatado, el permitir o hacer que el tubo expulsado se combe o curve parcialmente entre las espiras del arrollamiento o hélice, y se estabilice parcialmente mientras la hélice se encuentra todavía tensada o dilatada, y el permitir luego que la hélice se contraiga longitudinalmente para hacer que el tubo se combe o curve entre las espiras de dicha hélice, formando una ondulación helicoidal profunda.
