Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de un nuevo revestimiento aislante para cables y conductores eléctricos, que consiste esencialmente en aplicar por extrusión sobre dichos cables o conductores un recubrimiento de material termoplástico, tal como polietileno o similar, pasando luego a transformar dicho material termoplástico en termoestable con unión molecular tridimensional, por tratamiento del mismo en un generador de rayos electrónicos, sometiendo al material termoplástico de recubrimiento a una radiación de intensidad y profundidad proporcionadas con la aplicación ulterior de los cables o conductores.
