Un procedimiento para preparar artículos poroso a base de polímeros termoplásticos mediante sinterización de estos últimos en forma de partículas finas con calor difundido en ausencia de presión o vibración, par obtener láminas que se someten luego a manufactura dándoles forma y soldando mediante calor aplicado localmente a una mayor temperatura de soldadura con presión haciendo con ello que las partes de la lámina sinterizada que se desee se unan a un área no porosa y fuertemente soldada formando con ello costuras o uniones en la lámina o fijando esta a otra parte.
