Abstract
Una tira de guarnición para protección de bordes, en una sola pieza, destinada a la aplicación a una pestaña tal como se encuentran en torno a las aberturas de puertas en los vehículos de motor, poseyendo dicha tira un cuerpo de corte transversal en forma general de U formado en material polimérico tal como caucho o plástico, reforzado con una base de sustentación semi-rígida, presentando la tira a a todo lo largo de la misma una pluralidad de proyecciones de sujeción elásticamente deformables, que se extienden a partir de los brazos de la U hacia dentro de la misa y en dirección a la base de la U, existiendo por lo menos una proyección de sujeción sobre uno de los brazos de la U y por lo menos dos proyecciones de sujeción hechas en un material más blando que el de las citadas primeras proyección o proyecciones de sujeción, sobre el otro brazo de la U, extruyéndose las dos citadas proyecciones de material más blando en una sola pieza con el resto de la tira, y estando formada una porción menor de las citadas primeras proyección o proyecciones de sujeción sobre uno de los brazos de la U en un material más blando que la porción mayor.
