Abstract
Mejoras en el procedimiento para depilar y lavar las pieles de ganado lanar, cabrío y vacuno, objeto de la patente principal, consistente esencialmente en formar una composición pastosa en la que juntamente con cantidades convenientes de sulfuro monosódico, sulfito sódico anhidrido, anhidrido arsenioso, jabón de linaza y sulforricinatos, se incorpora un espesante tal como caolin, bentonita, metil-celulosa o sus derivados o productos equivalentes, comprendiendo también la cantidad necesaria de agua para obtener el estado pastoso, siendo dicha composición extendida sobre la cara interna o la cara de la carne de la piel, dejando tiempo suficiente para su actuación, y procediendo seguidamente al depilado, con lo que se obtiene por separado el cuero completamente limpio y el pelo o fibras en toda su longitud, sin resultar castigadas ni perjudicadas por la acción cáustica de otras preparaciones.
