Abstract

Apero de labranza, que, estando especialmente concebido para voltear el forraje del campo y formar hileras o caballones de dicho forraje, o biés extenderlo, después de volteado, para el secado rápido del mismo, esencialmente se caracteriza porque se constituye a partir de un chasis de configuración en "U" invertida, dotado de varios puntos de acoplamiento para su correspondiente enganche al vehículo tractor; de cuya parte central emerge un cuerpo de perfil tubular irregular soldado por un solo manto de apoyo que permite un giro del mismo de 25 grados como máximo cuyo extremo posterior se articula a un tubo de sección rectangular y transversal, en cuyos extremos de han previsto sendos palieres que comportan un engranaje para accionar a un tambor giratorio previsto inferiormente en cada uno de los extremos referidos; con la particularidad de que la toma de fuerza para el giro. de tales tambores se realiza desde el propio vehículo tractor; habiéndose previsto que cada tambor comporte, una serie de púas o dientes que no tienen movimientos verticales, estando capacitados para moverse horizontalmente mediante accionamiento manual, ocupando tres posiciones, una para formar las hileras del forraje; otra para espaciar el propio forraje y una tercera para reducir la anchura facilitando su transporte; y caracterizado además porque del centro del tubo transversal emerge posterior y axialmente a la dirección de la marcha un brazo rígido que comporta en su extremo un puente al que se articulan sendas pantallas laterales dotadas de unos timones reguladores para dirigir el forraje hacia la derecha, izquierda o por el propio centro.
