The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a transformable backpack with wheels that is preferred and fundamentally intended for school use, without discarding its use by adults, on excursions, trips, etc.

In addition, it is a compact product that reliably meets the objective of avoiding carrying weight, being able in certain circumstances to be perfectly used as a backpack, since its appearance or exterior aesthetics is completely resolved by not incorporating any car or external frame, leaving only the wheels visible .

In relation specifically to the wheels, they are mounted in respective cavities established for this purpose on supports fixed to a lower and internal platform, preferably of PVC or similar material, with a cuvette configuration that also fulfills the basic function or bottom of the backpack itself. In a preferred alternative embodiment, the wheel supports can form a single piece body with the lower platform itself, those supports being arranged in correspondence with the corners of the base or lower part, whereby the weight will be distributed proportionally to provide the set of Optimum stability and facilitate the movement of the backpack loaded with weight.

Another feature or improvement of the backpack is the way to mount the tubular bars on which the grab bars are telescopically movable, those being anchored to the platform itself, specifically on the inner part of its rear area. The aforementioned tubular bars, in their anchorage remain with a slight inclination forward, conferring the product balance and stability.

On the other hand, the grip attached to the sliding bars telescopically, in its inoperative position of withdrawal, is hidden and protected by a small top flap with zipper.

Another feature of novelty is the incorporation in the back of a fabric cover with zip closure, to establish a rear pocket for concealment and protection of the transport straps of the backpack itself, being camouflaged and integrated in it when they are not used, all this in order that in the daily handling the mentioned braces do not imply an uncomfortable element, so that in the case of having to make use of said braces it will be enough to open the zipper, leaving the cover released by three of its edges and attached to the back through the fourth edge, which will be the bottom, allowing the lid to be folded down and secured to the bottom, by means of adhesive strips "velcro" or other appropriate fastening means.

In the position of folding back and down, the aforementioned cover is covering the rear wheels so that the user's back is protected against possible chafing, damage, discomfort, by the said wheels, logically when the backpack It is loaded on the back.

With regard to the handle system for use as a trolley, it should be said that the tubular bars on which the handle bars slide, go by their lower end anchored in necks established in the platform of the lower part, while superiorly those bars are fastened by a bridge piece that can be fixed directly on the fabric of the body of the backpack, inside it or fixed to a laminated and semi-rigid piece arranged as a backrest and that projects vertically from the inside from the platform itself rigid base. As can be seen in the aforementioned fi gures, the backpack of the invention comprises an anterior majority compartment with a closing zipper 1, as is conventional, as well as other compartments that are not mentioned as being conventional and closed in all cases. through respective zippers. The tubular bars 10 anchored by their lower end in the necks 9 of the lower rigid platform 8, are attached in proximity to their upper end by a rigid and transverse piece or bridge mode 13, attached to the backpack's own fabric.

In a variant embodiment, said rigid bridge-like part 13 is fixed to a backing part 15 provided internally and emerging from the lower platform itself 8. The fixing and immobilization of the tubular bars 10 is complemented by another rigid part e lower 13 'located above the anchoring necks 9 of the lower ends of said tubular bars 10, as shown in Figure 4.

The handle 12 in its resting or retracting position is hidden and protected by an upper flap 14 with zip closure.

In this way, the backpack is a compact set with an optimal aesthetic appearance, being able to be used as a trolley with no more than unfolding the handle 12, the backpack being transported by displacement on all four wheels 5, by simple thrust, with minimal effort and in position Vertical for the user. 1. Backpack with transformable wheels, which comprises a body of fabric with internal compartments that can be closed by zippers, as well as wheels for its movement or transport by drag and an extendable handle to carry out said drag, also being complemented with transport straps on the shoulders, it is characterized because it includes:

four multi-directional wheels (7) provided in correspondence with the four corners of the bottom or base of the body of the backpack;

tubular bars (10) on which the bars (11) of the extendable handle (12) slide telescopically, the tubular bars (10) anchored at their lower end and through a rigid and transverse piece as an upper bridge (13) fixed inside the body of the backpack;

a rigid bottom platform (8) constituting the base or bottom of the body of the backpack, and

-

a back cover (4) of fabric, determining a means of closing a back pocket for concealment and protection of the respective shoulder straps (3) of carrying the backpack on the shoulders and back of the user.

Backpack with transomable wheels, according to claim 1, characterized in that the multi-directional wheels (7) are mounted on respective support pieces (7 ') fixed on the rigid bottom platform (8), in correspondence with the four corners of the lower part of the body of the backpack.

Backpack with transformable wheels, according to claim 1, characterized in that the rigid bottom platform (8) of the base is provided with inner anchor necks (9) for the lower end of the tubular bars (10).

Document D01 can be considered to represent the closest state of the art. This document discloses (summary, column 4 line 9 to 23 and figures 4 and 6): A transformable wheeled backpack with interior compartments, wheels, extendable handle and characterized straps because it includes: -Two wheels (28) provided in correspondence with two of the corners of the bottom or base of the body of the backpack. -a tubular bars (32) on which the bars (30a) of the extendable handle (30) slide telescopically, anchored by its lower end and through a rigid and transverse piece as an upper bridge (37) fixed in the Inside the backpack. -a rigid bottom platform (26) constituting the base or bottom of the body of the backpack. -a back cover (60) of fabric, determining a means of closing a back pocket for concealment and protection of the respective shoulder straps (50) for carrying the backpack on the shoulders and back of the user. The differences between the invention defined in claim 1 and the state of the art represented by the document D01 are: -The invention disclosed in D01 has two wheels instead of four. -In the backpack disclosed in D01, the bridge (37) is fixed inside the backpack, but not in its main body. The invention is not identically understood in the prior art and is therefore new. The use of four wheels instead of two allows the transport of the backpack can be done by pushing it, keeping it fully on the ground, instead dragging it. The use of multidirectional wheels facilitates the handling thereof and are widely used in the state of the art. Hiding the extendable handle on the body of the backpack improves aesthetics, an objective that is also achieved with this variant of design. The use of four wheels is widely extended in the suitcases and also occurs in the backpacks, as the document D05 (summary and figure 5). Therefore, claim 1 is considered not to involve inventive activity. The wheels are surrounded by respective support pieces (36) fixed on the lower rigid platform (26), in correspondence with two corners of the lower part of the body of the backpack. The rigid bottom platform (26) of the base is provided with inner necks (26a) for anchoring for the lower end of the tubular bars (32). The upper bridge (37) of passage and anchorage of the upper part of the tubular bars (30th) is in solidarity with the fabric of the body of the backpack inside it, as well as a rigid piece (figure 4) that inferiorly complements the fixing the tubular bars (32). Then, claims 2, 3 and 4 suffer from inventive activity. These rigid pieces are not in solidarity with a semi-rigid and inner sheet piece, emerging from the lower platform that occupies most of the backrest of the body of the backpack. This piece provides more support and provides the comfort of a backrest. In this document, well-being is provided. by the wall (20) that occupies the entire back. Increase the height of the lower part for more support and using a less rigid material to increase comfort is obvious. The use of an internal plate to give more stability to the grip of the removable handle is already known in the state of the technique, as can be seen in document D06 (summary and figure 1a).  WRITTEN OPINION Accordingly, it can be said that claim 5 lacks inventive activity. It has two covers, one of concealment of the straps (20) and another (60) that has corresponding zippers with 3 of the sides to allow opening and closing through the mimes, said lid (60) being attached to the fabric of the body of the backpack on the fourth side located inferiorly, through which it is foldable in its opening position, towards down to cover the rear wheels and hold in the downward and downward position by means of strips adhesives (64) or other appropriate fastener means. Thus, claim 6 does not imply inventive activity. The opening for extracting / inserting the handle (30) does not have a zipper closure flap for concealment and protection of said handle in its retracted position. The use of flaps with this function is known as documents D03 (figure 3) and D04 (figure 7) show. Thus, claim 7 does not imply inventive activity. Document D02 mentions in the state of the art section known (Figures 1 and 2) a backpack equivalent to that of the document D01. Although the description of the application details that the platform is inside, the claim is not mentioned. This document D02 recommends a backpack in which a lower inner rigid platform is replaced by a lower one, unique, shaped like a bucket. Then, according to a reasoning similar to the previous one, claims 1 to 5 do not imply inventive activity in relationship with this document. Other documents of special relevance are: Document D03 discloses (paragraphs 11, 23, 24 and figures 3 and 4) a transformable backpack with wheels, with two compartments, one to store items and the other to house the means of transport of the same, which they comprise an extendable handle (60) and braces (75). It has 4 wheels in two corners of the base, bars attached to the base on which the extendable handle bars slide, joined by a bridge-like piece (90), a rigid base bottom (12) and a cover (30) for hiding the braces. It also has a rear cover (80) to cover the wheels later. Therefore, following a reasoning analogous to the previous one, claims 1, 2, 6 and 7 do not imply inventive activity in relationship with this document. Document D04 discloses (paragraphs 28,29 and figure 7) a backpack with transformable wheels, with two wheels in two corners of the base, an extendable handle (98) fixed inside the body of the backpack, a base, a back cover (118) of concealment of the straps (126,128) with a rigid laminar piece (90) to anchor the extensible handle that is hidden by a flap (100). Accordingly, claims 1, 2 and 7 also do not imply inventive activity in relation to this document.
