Abstract

Forma farmacéutica sólida para la dosificación de un fármaco, concretamente para ser administrado por vía oral, caracterizada porque está constituída por un cuerpo excipiente de material hidrosoluble sólido y fusible entre 50 y 120ºC, el cual incorpora en su seno el principio activo del fármaco y está dimensionalmente definido por una valva, constituída por deformación alveolar de un material laminar conformable permanentemente, y por una lámina de cierre solidarizada a dicha valva en una zona periférica de la abertura de la misma, careciendo de afinidad adhesiva ambos materiales laminares con respecto al material del cuerpo excipiente.
