Abstract

Baldosa de cerámica preparada para formar conjuntos dotados de juntas reales simuladas, caracterizada porque está surcada por una o más canaladuras, caracterizada porque está surcada por unas o más canaladuras de igual anchura, cuyo valor viene dado por la suma de la anchura de espacio intermedio formado por la junta real y del doble de la anchura del espacio intermedio formado por la junta real y del doble de la anchura de un contorno periférico de la baldosa situado a la misma profundidad que el plano de fondo común de dichas canaladuras, previéndose que éstas últimas y el referido contorno periférico circunscriban en la baldosa unas zonas de área igual o desigual, geométrica o no, adecuadas para simular la unión de uno o varios formatos menores con interposición de la junta, como asimismo que las citadas canaladuras y el contorno mencionado sean revestidos, en el acto del esmaltado, de sustancias denominadas "repelentes", es decir, que no permitan el arraigo en las mismas del esmalte o que, particularmente en los casos de canaladuras y de contornos de disposición geométrica sencilla y de anchura constante, después del esmaltado se proceda a separar automáticamente con una herramienta la capa de esmalte para permitir la ulterior adherencia, en dichas canaladuras y contornos, de una capa de material estucador que simule el fraccionamiento de la baldosa en dos o más zonas superficiales de formato menor.
