Abstract

Dispositivo perfeccionado de calefacción esencialmente caracterizado porque está constituido por un aparato al que se encuentra conectada la red de alimentación central de agua caliente de un edificio, y en cuyo interior y entre la entrada y salida generales, se dispone un contador de calorías que mide el salto térmico, a partir del cual la tubería general de entrada de agua caliente pasa por un intercambiador, donde cede calor al circuito de agua caliente sanitaria de la vivienda, en el cual se sitúa una válvula termostática de mezcla que regula la temperatura de dicha agua caliente sanitaria siendo prioritario este circuito en relación con el correspondiente de radiadores de la vivienda, el que se conecta a la salida de agua primaria del intercambiador antes de una válvula de reglaje regulable que provoca una pérdida de carga, pasando a través de una válvula de zona de tres vías, comandada por un termostato regulable, cuya válvula deja pasar el agua al circuito de radiadores, o desvía elagua a la tubería de retorno a través de otra válvula de reglaje, retornando a la salida del agua del intercambiador, después de la válvula de reglaje situada en dicha salida.
