Abstract

Dispositivo de retardo óptico variable para interferometría de baja coherencia, que se comunica mediante ondas electromagnéticas con un sistema de interferometría de baja coherencia, que comprende al menos un elemento de retardo variable (2) que comprende un segmento de guía de onda (1) que realiza una pluralidad de recorridos a lo largo de al menos una zona de índice de refracción controlable (3); y unos medios variadores (5) que varían el fasor de las ondas electromagnéticas, procedentes de la comunicación con el sistema de interferometría de baja coherencia y conducidas por la guía de onda (1) comprendida en cada elemento de retardo variable (2), de forma independiente para cada modo de polarización.
