SET OF RODS FOR APPLIED IN PATCHWORK

The present invention relates, as indicated by the title, to a set of rods designed for the development of the sewing technique called Applied, a term with which the process of sewing pieces of fabric, usually curved, is known to the surface of another fabric. This is one of the different techniques that are used in the sewing process traditionally known as patchwork or almazuela.

The elements in question provide essential novelty characteristics and notable advantages over the known and used means for the same purposes in the current state of the art.

The almazuela, or better known as patchwork, is a traditional craft that is made from the union of fabric fragments to form a single piece. It basically consists of sewing together the pieces of cloth in a larger design. The larger design is usually based on repetition patterns constructed with different shapes of colors. The shapes are carefully measured and cut and then properly joined. This technique is used more often to make blankets, but it can also be used to make bags, tapestries, jackets, skirts, vests and other clothing. Some textile artists work with scraps, often combined with embroidery and other forms of stitching.

The applied technique is traditionally done by forming each element with the fingers of the hand; However, this makes the process complex, difficult, slow and inaccurate. In addition, in the case of miniature pieces, it was impossible to perform, since when using the fingers as tweezers to hold the pieces of cloth, if they are very small, it is impossible to manipulate them.

So far, no effective tool was known to solve these problems. Thus arises the set of rods for

patchwork described in this document.

The proposed invention aims to provide an economical, ecological, practical, simple and easy-to-use solution, the effect of which would be a more comfortable and faster handling, thus avoiding

having to form the pieces directly with the fingers of the hand,

always manipulating the fabric only with the rods and facilitating the work of the makers of this sewing technique, helping them at the same time

to form miniature elements.

The patent object of this invention has its field of application in the garment sector, and more specifically in the one of the tools of help to the preparation.

In the state of the art we did not find any

document related to the invention in question.

So far the only tool used for the preparation of the applied are the fingers. This brings with it a series of inconveniences as mentioned above, among which the difficulty of movements and the impossibility of performing miniature works are highlighted.

So we see, that until now a tool for applying in patchwork that due to its novel characteristics does not solve problems.

Taking into consideration the cases mentioned and analyzing the conjugate arguments, with the invention proposed in this document, a final result is produced in which significant differentiating aspects are provided in relation to the state of the art, and where a series is provided. of advances in the elements already known with their corresponding advantages.
