Abstract
Turbina hidroflotante, caracterizada porque está provista de dice a treinta y seis tubos flotantes que realizan un trabajo de desplazamiento automático en su interior de agua por aire y viceversa estando siempre dicha turbina, en su funcionamiento, la mitad de sus tubos llenos de agua y la otra de aire, haciéndolo progresivamente en todas sus revoluciones.
