Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de jaulas para cojinetes de agujas, cuyas aberturas son más anchas en las partes contiguas a los anillos frontales y más estrechas en la parte central entrante que el diámetro de aguja, caracterizado porque, partiendo de una pieza tubular con un espesor de pared de aproximadamente la mitad del diámetro de aguja se acoda primeramente la parte central de la jaula hacia dentro, hasta aproximadamente el circulo primitivo de las agujas, luego se troquelan las aberturas con diferente anchura y, finalmente, se deforman oblicuamente en la parte central más estrecha de las aberturas, las superficies laterales del puente por medio de troqueles que actuan desde fuera, de modo que las agujas puedan ocupar la posición correcta en el circulo primitivo.
