Abstract
Second certificate of addition for improvements introduced in the object of the patent of invention no. 91.105 bis, by procedure for the recovery of sodium hydroxide and other alkaline salts of waste liquids from the production of cellulose, in order to adapt the recovery procedure of matters to which it refers to the specific case in which the residual liquids come from straw cellulose, always rich in silica and which consists essentially in making the carbon dioxide coming from the combustión of the coal from the boilers, on the residual liquids., at the precise temperature, with or from which a precipitate is obtained, brown coor, which contains all the silica of those liquids, lignin and some soda.
