Abstract
Procedimiento para la estabilización rápida de capas fotográficas en las cuales el halogenuro de plata no modificado por el revelador es transportado de una capa negativa por difusión a una capa fotográfica positiva que contiene gérmenes de plata, así como de aquellas en las que la sustancia reveladora está completamente contenida en la capa de halogenuro de plata, o bien parcialmente y que son sometidas a la acción de álcalis fuertes, caracterizado porque el halogenuro de plata contenido en la capa negativa es estabilizado por una solución acuosa de sulfocianuro amónico sin adición de álcali ni de ácidos, en una concentración superior al 10% juntamente con el álcali contenido por el revelado en la capa negativa, y simultáneamente la plata reducida por el revelado de esta capa es protegida adicionalmente por el cloruro de oro.
