Abstract
Dispositivo limpiador-abridor-peinador perfeccionado para fibras textiles en máquinas cardadoras, caracterizado por el hecho de constar de un primer cilindro tomador montado e la parte por la que entra la napa de fibras que alimenta a la máquina y provisto de una pluralidad de púas periféricas inclinadas en el mismo sentido del giro de dicho tomador y en sentido contrario al del giro del gran tambor, cuyo primer tomador empieza a convertir la napa en copos que son transportador por dicho tambor en dirección y en contacto con una primera cuchilla inferior extractora de impurezas que desprende de los copos las impurezas de mayor volumen, cuyo cilindro tomador transporta los copos y las fibras sueltas hasta una segunda cuchilla extractora de impurezas adosada a una pieza separadora que aisla entre sí dicho tomador y un segundo cilindro tomador adyacente lateralmente al primero, giratorio en el mismo sentido y dotado de púas periféricas igualmente orientadas, transportando asimismo el primer tomador los copos y fibras sueltas hasta un cilindro de mayor diámetro montado encima de los dos tomadores gemelos y separado del gran tambor cilindro de mayor diámetro el cual está provisto en su periferia de púas orientadas en sentido opuesto al de giro de los tomadores y que a su vez gira en tal sentido opuesto, absorbiendo los copos y fibras sueltas, haciéndolas pasar por entre sus púas y otras púas previstas en la cara interna arqueada de unas placas que circundan este cilindro de mayor diámetro, placas cuya cara arqueada es paralela a la del cilindro y donde los copos son disgregados y peinados mientras que unas cuchillas extractoras intercaladas entre las placas desprenden las impurezas que son aspiradas por un colector, siendo dicho cilindro de mayor diámetro el que traslada las fibras hasta el segundo tomador que gira a mayor velocidad y que transporta las fibras, haciéndolas pasar a través de unas cuchillas inferiores que extraen los residuos de impurezas de mayor tamaño, y las entrega limpias y peinadas al gran tambor.
