Abstract

Depurador húmedo, que siendo de los que se constituyen mediante un cuerpo central al que se asocian lateralmente dos conducciones de acceso para el aire viciado, estableciéndose en la zona inferior de dichas conducciones comunicación con el interior del cuerpo central a través de dos toberas venturi en disposiciones contrapuestas, las cuales toberas se relacionan con una masa de agua existente en el fondo del depurador en orden a permitir al acceso de dicho agua al interior de las mismas en forma pulverizada, esencialmente se caracteriza porque en la zona media del cuerpo central y operativamente enfrentadas a las citadas toberas venturi, se disponen dos chapas arqueadas, con sus concavidades contrapuestas, que determinan en el interior del cuerpo central dos cámaras laterales en las que se produce una turbulencia del aire y se establece una cortina transversal de agua al chocar la procedente de la toberas con las mencionadas chapas arqueadas, estableciéndose un segunda fase de depuración en dichas cámaras, previa al paso del aire depurado a la cámara de expansión a través de uno o varios separadores de gota.
