Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar una batería de plomo-ácido con un dispositivo de mezcla, que incluye las siguientesetapas: - colocación de placas de mezcla (5a') en la caja de batería (1), una junto a cada uno de los dos lados opuestos dela caja, quedando situadas las placas de mezcla con una ligera inclinación; - colocación del paquete de placas de electrodo (2) entre las dos placas de mezcla (5a') dispuestas dentro de la cajade batería (1), que en este proceso son empujadas a la posición vertical, estando dimensionados geométricamentela caja de batería (1), el paquete de placas de electrodo (2) y las placas de mezcla (5a') de tal modo que, al colocarel paquete de placas de electrodo, éste queda dispuesto en la caja de batería en una posición constructivapredeterminada, con lo que se obtienen las secciones transversales de los canales de flujo previstas; - unión de las dos placas de mezcla (5a') orientadas verticalmente en ángulo recto con una placa puente de mezcla(5b'), que aproximadamente en el centro presenta una escotadura para el paso del electrolito y presentando unasuperficie de flujo para el electrolito con una inclinación ligeramente descendente hacia el centro.
