Abstract
Un procedimiento de control de un taller de soldadura por arco eléctrico en el que son empleadas variasantorchas (10) de soldadura alimentadas cada uno por al menos un hilo fusible (11), estando animado cada hilofusible (11) de una velocidad de hilo (V) y estando sometido a una corriente eléctrica de intensidad (I), en el que:se determina, para cada antorcha (10), por medio de un captador de velocidad al menos un valor de velocidad del hilo (V) representativo de la velocidad media a la que cada hilo (11) alimenta a cada antorcha (10) durante unperíodo de duración (T) determinado o se determina por medio de un captador de corriente al menos un valor deintensidad (I) de la corriente representativo de la corriente media a la que está sometido cada hilo (11) durante elperíodo de duración (T) determinada, caracterizado porque se determina, a partir de al menos cada valor de velocidad (V) de hilo (11) o cada valor de intensidad (I) de la corriente eléctrica obtenida en la etapa anterior, el factor de marcha (FM) y el índice de depósito (TD) para cadaantorcha (10) del taller y/o eventualmente el valor medio de dicho factor de marcha (FM) y de dicho índice dedepósito (TD) para todas las antorchas del taller.
