Abstract

Dispositivo para la producción de biogás con al menos un fermentador (13) y un depósito (10) de percolado para la recogida del percolado extraído del al menos un fermentador (13), en el que el depósito (10) de percolado presenta una entrada (10c) de percolado que se puede conectar a una salida del al menos un fermentador (13) y una salida (10b) de percolado, caracterizado por que la trayectoria de flujo (P) en el depósito de percolado entre la entrada (10c) de percolado y la salida (10b) de percolado está realizada formando meandros, con forma espiral o helicoidal, de manera que debido a la trayectoria de flujo (P) para el percolado prolongada se posibilita un tiempo de permanencia especialmente largo a temperatura ajustada en el rango termófilo, de modo que la longitud de la trayectoria de flujo del percolado y la temperatura del percolado en su trayectoria entre la entrada (10c) de percolado y la salida (10b) de percolado es ajustada de manera que en la salida (10b) del percolado pueda ser extraído exclusivamente percolado higienizado.
