Sólido cristalizado IM-16 que presenta un diagrama de difracción de los rayos X que incluye al menos las rayasinscritas en la tabla siguiente: **Tabla** donde FF >= muy fuerte, m >= medio, f >= débil, F >= fuerte, mf >= medio débil y ff >= muy débil, y que presenta unacomposición química expresada por la fórmula general siguiente: mXO2 : nGeO2 : pZ2O3 : qR : sF : wH2O, en la cualR representa una o más especies orgánicas, X representa uno o más elementos tetravalentes diferentes delgermanio, Z representa al menos un elemento trivalente y F es el flúor, representando m, n, p, q, s y w,respectivamente, el número de moles de XO2, GeO2, Z2O3, R, F y H2O, y m está comprendido entre 0,2 y 1, n estácomprendido entre 0 y 0,8, p está comprendido entre 0 y 0,1, q está comprendido entre 0 y 0,2, s está comprendidoentre 0 y 0,2 y w está comprendido entre 0 y 0,2.
