Abstract

Uso de 13C_piruvalo hiperpolarizado para la fabricadón de un medio de obtención de imágenes por RM parasu uso en un método para evaluar la viabilidad de tejido miocárdico, en el que dicho método comprende: (8) adquirir imágenes de 13C-RM directas de 13C-plruvalo y sus metabolitos que contienen 13C alsnioa,lactato y bicarbonato, a partir de un sujeto al que se le administra previamente diCho medio deobtención de imágenes; y (b) opcionalmente, correlacionar la senal de 13e de un melabo1ilo con la senal de Ile de cualquier otrometa bolito detectado para obtener un contraste basado en la diferencia en la inlensidad de sel'lal dedos, preferiblemente tres, lo mils preferiblemente cuatro 13C-metabolilos.
